1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Daily Tracker ("the app," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Daily Tracker is

Daily Tracker is a personal tracking tool that helps parents and adults log food, medicine, vaccines, growth, feeding, diabetes readings, and blood pressure for a child ("Kids profile") and for themselves ("Adult profile"), along with reminders for these activities.

3. Important: not medical advice

• Reminders, logs, and any summaries shown in the app are based only on the information you enter — they are not medical assessments.
• Always consult a qualified doctor, pediatrician, or other healthcare professional for any questions about your or your child's health, medication, vaccination schedule, or any other medical concern.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in this app.
• If you or your child is experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately — do not rely on this app.

4. Who can use the app

Daily Tracker is intended to be used by adults (parents, guardians, or individuals tracking their own health) who are at least the age of majority in their country. It is not designed for children to use directly. If you are entering information about a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to do so.

5. Google account and backup

Connecting a Google account for backup is optional. If you choose to connect one, you're responsible for maintaining the security of that Google account. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from you losing access to your Google account, revoking the app's permissions, or disconnecting backup without keeping another copy of your data.

6. Subscriptions and payments

• Daily Tracker offers a free plan with limited entries, and paid plans (currently ₹149 for 3 months or ₹249 for 1 year) that remove entry and reminder limits.
• All payments are processed by Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and your Google Play account settings.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, through your Google Play account, not through the app directly.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies — we don't process payments or refunds ourselves.
• Prices are subject to change; if we change pricing, it won't affect a subscription period you've already paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the app.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Use the app to store or transmit information about someone else's child without appropriate authorization to do so.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers, backup infrastructure, or other users' use of the app.

8. Your data and content

You own the information you enter into the app. We don't claim any ownership over your entries, profile details, or other content you create in the app. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and handled.

9. Intellectual property

The app itself — its design, code, graphics, and branding — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what's needed to use the app normally.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always fire exactly as scheduled — background execution and notification delivery depend in part on your device's operating system and settings, which are outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including but not limited to missed reminders, data loss, or reliance on any information logged in the app for medical decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time via Settings > Delete Account, or by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app, or your access to it, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
